This is a manually clamped, precision weld tool for a robotic welding cell. This weld tool can be quickly adjusted to fixture 23 different configurations of gate. The efficient design of this tool allows even the largest gate, which measures 8 feet X 5 feet and has 19 pickets, to be held in position by only 10 clamps. Design, fabrication, machining, and assembly are all done in-house to ensure quality for our customers.
